Bibliophiles and food lovers unite in the First Edition of the Gainesville Edible Book Festival. This event is open to all foodie creators to craft your punniest version of a book. Celebrated internationally, the Edible Book Festival is an homage to Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin, a French lawyer who wrote the now-classic book The Physiology of Taste.

Cypress & Grove Brewery will be hosting this event and have delicious beer on tap for you to enjoy while perusing the displays. Third House will be present selling copies of Physiology of Taste and books by Gainesville local authors.
